B&W Poster Project
Tasked with creating a black and white, typographic-based 8.5 by 11 in. poster. I decided to make a poster for DC Punk Archive, a historic punk collective based in Washington, D.C. Designed in Adobe Photoshop.
Infographic Poster Project
Tasked with creating a 18 x 11.5 in. color-based infographic poster communicating a set of data collected over a specific period of time. For this project, I collected the total number of photos I took throughout 2023, including the type of photos taken, the cameras I used, and an estimate of photos taken per month.
Spread Project
For the Spread project, we were tasked with creating a spread of 8.5 x 11 in. pages for an article or book chapter of our choosing, including a headline, subhead, use of illustration, and demonstrating understanding of grid layout. I chose to use an online article from WIRED magazine titled “Why Tech Bros and Politicians Can’t Really Connect” by Paul Ford for my spread, consisting of imagery relating to both the world of tech and politics in the United States.
